1 bag of Nicolas Vahé Pearled Emmer
½ glass of Nicolas Vahé Dressing, Tomato
50 ml Nicolas Vahé Salad Topping, Mixed Seeds
½ glass of Nicolas Vahé Caramelised Hazelnuts, Rosemary
1 handful of coarsely chopped parsley
Cook the emmer following the instructions on the package.
Drain and let it cool off.
Mix with dressing and put it on a serving dish.
Finish with seeds, nuts and parsley.
