Mint marshmallows dipped in dark chocolate

Serves 4 people
Prep time 40 min.

Ingredients
200 g of dark chocolate
1 bag of Nicolas Vahé Marshmallows / mint
1 handful of dried rose leaves or cornflowers

Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath.

Dip the marshmallows one at a time into the melted chocolate and place them on a dish lined with baking paper.

Top with dried rose leaves or cornflowers. Let them dry and serve.
