Grilled lobster

Ingredients
1 garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil / Lemon
100 g soft butter
1 tbsp. Nicolas Vahé Spices / Vegetable
8-12 fresh lobsters
Salt and pepper 

Preparation
Mix garlic, olive oil, butter and spices well together. Cut the lobsters in half and remove the black gut along the back. Place the lobsters with the cutting side facing up. Distribute a tsp. of marinade on each lobster and season with salt and pepper. Grill the lobsters on the shell side for 1-2 minutes on a warm grill. Serve grilled lobster as a side to tagliatelle in cream sauce.
