Serves 2 people
Prep time 30 minutes (do not forget to let the bread dough rise overnight before you start)

Ingredients
200 g beef steak (tenderloin or another cut)
50 g French brie cheese 60%
150 g bacon
2 tbsp tarragon mayo
2 broccoli florets
1 tsp chilli oil
Pickled red onions
1 bag of bread mix – Crusty Morning
250 g butter
Salt and pepper
Spices – meat
Black sesame seeds

Preparation
Cut the butter into lumps and add the dough. Prepare the bread according to the instructions on the packaging.

Shape the burger buns and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Rinse the broccoli florets and cut them into thin slices using a mandoline slicer. Put then in a container filled with cold water and put it in a fridge for 15 minutes. Drain the water and add oil, salt and pepper.

Season the meat with the spices, salt and pepper. Grill it on medium heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before you cut it into slices.

Add tarragon may to a bun and put together a delicious burger with broccoli, brie, bacon and red onions.
